Enterprise·TruGovern

Every AI action,accounted for.

TruGovern ties every AI system to a named owner. Inventory runs against the estate you already have, every action is checked against policy your risk team can read, and every allow-or-deny is recorded under a real name.

01·The problem

Models multiply what a team can do. Accountability has to keep up.

What's running?

Most AI rollouts

A spreadsheet that went stale last quarter. Shadow tools nobody listed.

With TruGovern

A live inventory: system, owner, model, where it lives.

What's allowed?

Most AI rollouts

A policy PDF. The same paragraph for every team, if anyone opens it.

With TruGovern

Policy scoped to the person, the system, and the action.

Who answers later?

Most AI rollouts

“The model did it.” A shared service account with no name on it.

With TruGovern

The named owner, and the rule that allowed or denied the call.

02·The solution

The missing control plane

Attach policy to the software.

TruGovern sits between agents, tools and the systems they act on. Identity comes from your directory, policy is written in language the owning team can read, and every decision leaves a record that stands up to an audit.

Questions

What people ask.

What is TruGovern?

Enterprise AI governance: inventory, policy and audit in one product. Policy attached to the software, not the slide deck.

How does identity work?

Systems and actions are bound to named people from the directory you already operate: Microsoft Entra, Okta, or any SAML / OIDC provider. When someone leaves, their ownership and access leave with the account.

What does the audit trail capture?

Who made the call, which system and action, which rule applied, and whether the outcome was allow or deny. Each record keeps the caller's snapshot from that moment, so the answer holds up after roles change.

Does it replace our SIEM?

No. TruGovern is the control plane for AI use. Allow and deny records export to the SIEM and ticketing tools you already run.

How fast can we stand it up?

Most teams have a first inventory in two days. Policy is written in language the owning team can read. No custom identity stack to build first.

The models already run.Govern them.
